Dear Mrs. Bledsoe:

I just wanted to take the opportunity to express my thanks and gratitude to you for being the property manager of the rental property where I resided for the past 6 years.

Your professionalism and caring for all matters presented to you regarding my previous address during this time surpassed all expectations of business.  You knew from the beginning that the home was not in the best shape for rental: with the kitchen cabinets and floors not being up to par; insufficient windows; leaks; water consistently being in the basement; and most of all the numerous plumbing fiascos presented.  But each time I informed you of the situations you contacted the owner and tried your best to have each incident properly repaired expeditiously.  Thank you so much for your expediency in all situations that arose.

I know that you are an asset to Remax Central and I sincerely hope that you succeed in all of your endeavors as a real estate agent.

Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:

I wish to take this opportunity to recommend Ms. Phyllis Bledsoe, CRS, of REMAX Central Realty as a real estate agent who genuinely produces results.  During a career of 35 + years that has taken me back and forth across the United States, my wife and I have had occasion to purchase and sell seven homes, all but one of which were handled through various real estate companies.  I am aware of the propaganda that touts one real estate company as being better that another; however, in my experience it is not the company, but the individual realtor who makes the difference.  And, of all the realtors I have dealt with, none compares with Ms. Bledsoe.

I became aware of Ms. Bledsoe’s ambition when I received a friendly note from her in the mail, apprising me of her availability to list (and attempt to sell) a house I had on the market for more than six months with another real estate agent (with another firm).  The contract had expired and the house had not sold.  I agreed to give the first realtor two more months to attempt to sell the house, even lowering the market price by $2,000.00.  When the realtor was still unsuccessful, I contacted Ms. Bledsoe to request that she accept the listing.  She readily agreed, thoroughly explaining her procedures, methods and objectives in clear, layman’s language, something the previous realtor had not done.

I couldn’t have been more surprised and delighted!  Within two weeks Ms. Bledsoe had found a buyer, one who agreed to pay the original asking price.  Although the actual closing date did not occur as quickly as I might have wished (due to the buyer’s financial status), Ms. Bledsoe kept me informed on a regular basis of every step in the transaction.  During the interim I was completely comfortable with everything that transpired, solely because of Ms. Bledsoe’s obvious expertise.  When papers were to be signed, she explained everything we needed to know, in precise detail; when papers were provided  from the buyer’s realtor, she examined them thoroughly and corrected errors that were made on that end so that everything transpired smoothly.

People use the term expert loosely. Working with Ms. Bledsoe, I knew my business was in the hand of a genuine expert.  Ms. Bledsoe is a true professional who takes pride in knowing the details of her business, who operates with integrity and principle and who genuinely cares about her clients.  Prompt with all her meetings, efficient with every aspect of the real estate transaction and ambitious for the welfare of her clients, Ms. Bledsoe is clearly a realtor’s realtor and, even more importantly, she is a client’s realtor. I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job with a real estate transaction than Phyllis Bledsoe. I’m glad she was my realtor!

Dear Phyllis,

Thank you so much for all that you’ve done with the sale of our home and making the process smooth and easy.  Thank you for all your advice and knowledge that you shared with us as well.

Mostly, I thank you for the beautiful frame.  John & I will have to take another special picture to put in that frame- like in a tuxedo & ball gown!  You will be missed but we will keep in touch from time to time.  Thanks again for all you’ve done!

To Whom It May Concern:

We wish to recommend Phyllis Bledsoe, CRS of REMAX Allegiance as a real estate agent who knows how ‘to get the job done’ in the best interest of her clients.  She has been professional and supportive throughout the sale of our home and purchase of another house.  We are sincerely grateful to have had Ms. Bledsoe on our side.

We interviewed other agents before selecting Ms. Bledsoe.  When we met with Ms. Bledsoe, we were impressed by her professionalism and how easy it was to talk with her.  We explained our objectives and our concerns about meeting those objectives.  Her 30 years of experience was evidenced as she addressed each of our concerns and offered meaningful advice.  Her keen awareness of the current market was responsible for getting us the right price for our house.  Our house was appraised at just $100.00 over the price she had advised.  Making the decision to employ Ms. Bledsoe was a profitable one.  She got $10,000.00 more for the sale of our home than what other agents projected they could get.

Ms. Bledsoe is sharp when it comes to the real estate contract and related documents.  Being detail oriented she followed the contract negotiations process closely, picking up on vague wording or missed initials required to ratify the contract.  On the sale of our home, she was a step ahead of the buyer’s agent concerning PUD required documents.   At closing for the purchase of our new home she caught errors, citing verbiage to back her up.  The closing agent had mistakenly assigned a Seller cost of $350.00 to us.

Ms. Bledsoe explained the paperwork to us in easy to understand terms.  When asked, she offered information on homeowner insurance and a security system, which saved us more money.  We always felt that our questions were welcomed.

Selling your home and buying a new house are stressful events.  We found the confidence and assurance to move forward in the real estate transactions with Ms. Bledsoe’s guidance.

Sincerely,

 Gary and Renee Hopson
